Started in Kozhikode in 2006 as 3G Mobile World, myG has evolved from a single convenience store into a powerhouse with over 100 showrooms across South India. Besides expanding in Kerala, myG is preparing to extend its operations to other Indian states and the GCC countries.
The company has also launched its brand of electronic home appliances and kitchen appliances, including G-DOT TVs and Gadmi’s range of nonstick utensils and kitchen gadgets, available exclusively at myG showrooms. These products, known for their quality, affordability, and innovative design, have been well-received by consumers, with plans to introduce them to the general market before the next Onam festival.
myG is celebrated for offering an extensive range of products from world-renowned brands, exceptional customer service, and a strong after-sales support network. With a customer base exceeding 80 lakh in Kerala alone, myG continues to enhance its services with initiatives like the myG Care protection plan, zero-interest EMI options, and a customer-centric online platform offering express delivery services.
As part of its commitment to customer satisfaction and community engagement, myG maintains a robust loyalty program, rewarding customers for their continued patronage and ensuring they receive the best value on every purchase.
A.K. Shaji expressed pride in the brand's growth and the strategic role of its brand ambassadors, Mohanlal and Manju Warrier, in fostering myG's values and enhancing its image in the region.
