Whilst it retains the same thickness and weight as our other pans, it’s triple-layered bottom ensures uniform heat distribution so that you get perfectly cooked food. The Impex Tri-Ply Technology entails forging three metals -Stainless Steel, Aluminum, and Stainless Steel under high impact to create the bottom, erasing the air gaps between the metal layers.
This guarantees that the bottom has a long life and that the heat is distributed uniformly and evenly while cooking.
