Which all regions do you provide service for? Where can I order the phones from?

At myG, we currently serve customers in KERALA alone. Customers from any place in Kerala can order the phone of their choice and get it delivered to their home at the shortest time, even less than 24 hours’ time. Unfortunately, we do not serve customers outside Kerala.

To shop on myG.in, do I have to register first?

To shop on myG, it is not necessary to register. You can also shop as a Guest. However, registering at myG.in makes the shopping process easier for you.

What benefits can I expect by creating an account on myG.in ?

Once you create your account on myG.in, you can access your shopping cart easily and track your orders. It also helps you to easily view the details, cancel your orders if you need and make return/replacement requests. You also receive recommendations based on your past searches which help you zoom in on the product most suited to your requirements and budget. Registered users can join the ‘myG Circle’, which is a Program by Invitation, a sort of exclusive club where the members receive EXCLUSIVE PROMO CODES for shopping at special discounts!

Are there any charges for registering an account on myG.in ?

There are no charges. You can register free of cost.

What if I have difficulty in logging in to myG.in ?

Check if your Login Username is the Email address you used for registering. If you have forgotten your Password you can reset your Password through the ‘Forgot your password?’ link in the ‘Sign in’ page. Additionally, ensure that your web browser accepts cookies. Sometimes a short delay can happen if there is System Maintenance happening on the site, at such times, try logging in again after 30 minutes.

Are my personal details shared with myG.in safe?

We only require the most minimum information that will help you order, validate your identity and serve you. Strict procedures are followed in storage and disclosure of information to prevent any unauthorized access. We do not pass on, trade or sell your personal information to anyone. How can I unsubscribe?

You have the option to unsubscribe anytime from our mailers by clicking on the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of every Email received from us.

If I add some items on my Wish List, can I access it later?

Yes, absolutely! You can save the products you like in your Wish List for future purchase. However, it is subject to availability and there could be variations in prices at that time. So it is better to purchase within short periods of adding on to the Wish List.

What are the modes of payment for purchasing on myG?

We accept the following modes of payment: Debit/Credit Cards/Netbanking of all major banks Cash On Delivery (COD) and mobile wallets.

Can I make some payment by cash and rest of the amount by Debit/ Credit Card for a product?

Unfortunately, a customer cannot opt for two modes of payment in a single order. Payment can be made either in the form of Cash on Delivery (COD) or Debit/ Credit Card payment

My transaction failed but the money was deducted from my account. What should I do?

Normally payment is accepted only if the transaction is confirmed. If the amount has not reached us, the amount will be refunded to your account automatically. If there is any other issue, you can reach us through the Contact Us form and we will get back to you.

Q: How will I get the refund amount if the order is cancelled?

A: Customer refund will be initiates by myG.in within 3 to 6 working days after conformation of the cancellation based on details sent by the customer to Email: [email protected] or through our Contact Form, with a request to cancel.

The payment will be made to the bank account or Credit/Debit Card within 10 to 25 banking days & clear-on-code will be provided to customer by the merchant bank which is processing the order.

Q: How do I place the Order Online?

Q: Will the order get confirmed?

A: Yes, myG Customer Support Executive will call and confirm your order. If you have provided an Email ID, confirmation through Email will also be sent – so that you can print it for your reference, if you need.

Q: How is the delivery made?

A: Your order is hand-delivered by our Customer Service Executives through our showrooms across Kerala. This enables us to deliver the product at the shortest time frame.

Q: What conditions are applicable for my Wish List items?

A: Products selected and saved in your Wish List will be offered based on prices applicable on the day and time of purchase. The prices will be based on prices listed on myG.in and it may not necessarily reflect the same prices as offered at myG Showrooms across Kerala. It could be less or more based on various factors and offers provided by the brands.

Q: Do product purchases made on myG.in provide warranty?

A: All products sold on myG are from the major international and national brands only. They are all original and all the Warranty provided by the respective manufacturers on all the items sold including mobile handsets, charger and other accessories carry the Warranty for the period defined by the the respective manufactures as per conditions they have defined and provided in the contracts along with the product. No other warranty or condition is additionally offered by myG and the conditions for quality and workmanship of the product rests with the manufacturers of the brands alone. Under no circumstance will myG be responsible for the functioning or non-functioning of the product other than the terms provided by the product manufacturers. However, if any product has to be repaired due to defects arising out of use or misuse on the side of the customer, myG offers the services of its Authorized Service Centre under the terms and conditions applicable.

What does pre-owned or refurbished phone mean?

Pre-owned phones are phones that had faults that were repaired – or phones that were returned by owners because they wanted another phone instead. Pre-owned phones are professionally tested and cleaned and ensure a good investment for its users. They can buy good models at attractive prices.

Will the pre-owned phones be faulty?

By undergoing the repair and refurbishing process, the phones do not have the original faults and hence are a smart investment. Also, not all the pre-owned phones are faulty, many of them are just returned for exchange purpose.

Pre-owned phones are normally gently used models offered at highly competitive prices. It is a great opportunity to buy if one, if one is looking for a good bargain – a better model at a lesser price.

Will there be any data in the phones?

No the phones will not contain any data or information of the previous owner as it will be completely erased in the refurbishing process.
